Every project begins with a conversation.
Before booking, I invite you to get in touch – a short call or email is the best way to begin. We’ll talk through your ideas, your work, and what you’d like to create, making sure the process feels aligned. We can also go over timing, location, and any questions you may have.
The Session
This is where things begin to take shape.
I offer gentle guidance at the start, creating space for you to feel at ease, and then allow the session to unfold more naturally. Whether it’s branding portraits, documenting your work, or a creative collaboration, the process remains fluid — shaped by light, movement, and the energy of the moment.
After the Session
From what we create, I carefully curate a selection of images for you to review.
You’ll have time to sit with them and choose what feels right. If you prefer, we can also go through the selection together. Once confirmed, each image is refined with care and prepared for final delivery.
Investment & Booking
Once you’ve reviewed and selected your images, I will issue an invoice for the chosen services. Final files are delivered after payment is received.
You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your session at any time.
Use of Images
My work grows through being seen.
I’m always grateful when I’m able to share the images we create — whether through exhibitions, portfolio, website, social media, or other forms of presentation. It allows the work to live beyond the moment and reach others.
By default, I may use selected images for these purposes.
If you’d prefer your images to remain private, I completely understand. Just let me know when booking, and your wishes will be respected.
Copyright & Reproductions
Karolina Stus and the client agree to override section 21(3) of the Copyright Act 1994. I retain copyright ownership of all images but grant you a non-exclusive license for PERSONAL USE of the images you have purchased. This licence comes into effect from the date of full payment for your order. You are welcome to share the photographs with other and make your own prints, but you may not edit the images or sell them for financial gain ( i.e as stock photography).
